Or - did you invest heavily in some microphones, a pre-amp or three, and some recording software - and recorded your tracks yourself??!

If only you could stretch those remaining funds...
You could both finish mixing those tracks AND snag some merch to sell at your music’s release party...!

Do yourself and/or your group a favor - hit up my CONTACT PAGE for free project consultation and discounted pricing!

Do you have concerns about transferring your files out of that big-room studio?

Do you have concerns about transferring your files from your home recording rig??

Are you wondering about any copyrights to your material???

Then please - read on...

  • YOU retain ALL rights to YOUR material!

  • YOU or your producer determine the direction of the mix.

  • You are entitled to enough mix revisions to get your music to a place you are happy with!

  • All incoming project files will be safely and securely transferred.

  • All mix projects will be kept in the digital realm.
(Unless re-amping Electric Guitars, Electric Bass, or Electric Piano DI’s, all tracks are kept “In-The-”Box”.)

  • Mixing "In-The-Box" offers the advantage of later recalls as well as reduces artifacts from unnecessary digital-to-analog conversions.
(Analog gear was likely used during recording to impart that warm, analog sound, so no need to do that again!)

  • Uncompressed WAV files are the industry standard, uncompressed format. (AIFF for some Apple systems - but those are also compatible.)

  • WAV files are created when the original digital recordings take place.

  • All Digital Audio Workstations use this standard “uncompressed” WAV format, or it’s Apple coumterpart - AIFF.
(Digital Audio Workstations include Studio One, Harrison Mixbus, ProTools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Nuendo, etc., etc.,)

  • Once you approve the final mixes, they will be safely uploaded to your mastering engineer as a DDP image to insure zero errors.

  • If mastered here -
Error-free DDP images will be used for transfer to the replication (or duplication) house.

  • Your mixes can also be burned to master-quality Taiyo Yuden CD's using the Red Book Standard.
